Roger Wagner is a Consultant for 4Ward Solutions Group, LLC, and serves as their Design Solutions Manager. He is also a current Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) member for the Structural Building Components Association (SBCA).
Before pursuing a career in the Building/Construction Industry, Roger was a Sergeant (E5) in the U.S. Marine Corps and last served as Chief Scout Sniper for the 2nd Battalion-7th Marines Sniper Platoon. He is a Veteran of Desert Shield/Desert Storm (1990-91) and has been involved with several other deployments worldwide. In 1992 Roger was selected as Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter (Q2) and was Honorably Discharged from the Marine Corps in early 1993.
After completing his contract, Roger attended Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, pursuing a degree in Construction Design and Project Management. After a year into his education, Roger was offered a job in the Building/Construction Industry, where he started his professional career as a Component Design Technician. His dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and leadership skills have allowed him to serve as Design / Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager at facilities across the United States for the past 25+ years.
Though Roger has a strong passion for Design Management and Training, his interests vary from hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities to coaching when he can find the time. As a successful 3 sport athlete in High School (Football, Basketball & Baseball), Roger was selected to All-Conference Teams in both his Junior/Senior years as well as All-State Quarterback his Senior Year and selected to the 1984 All-Arizona Second Team Offense by the Arizona Football Magazine and Arizona Sportswriters to the Arizona Football Magazine.
