Owen Eldridge is a team-oriented leader with almost 20 years of experience in the building industry. Owen’s work focuses on driving out inefficiencies in residential construction. He and his team are passionate about finding and developing innovative solutions for their clients in the offsite manufacturing industry. This includes continuously working with national and international companies to improve our building processes.
Before being named vice president in December 2022, Owen spent four years as a manager with 4Ward Solutions Group, responsible for the company’s consulting sales, service, and support in all markets and sectors.
Before joining 4Ward Solutions Group in 2019, Owen was the Operations Manager at Homestead Building Systems for 14 years. His responsibilities included procuring, manufacturing, and distributing all of Homestead’s products. These activities equated to the delivery of over 750 houses per year.
Owen also spent 10 years in the Food and Beverage industry at Red Hot & Blue, most recently as General Manager and Partner.
Owen earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and resides in Virginia.
